江增祥，出生于一九六八年，暨南大学EMBA（高级管理人员工商管理硕士）在职研究生。深圳宝庆商会副会长、龙岗区文化协会理事、布吉商会副会长，三联水晶玉石文化协会副会长。现为深圳市天彩祥和翡翠珠宝有限公司董事长。
1988年起进入翡翠玉石行业，先后辗转于云南、上海、广东等省市著名翡翠珠宝企业，潜心钻研玉石开料、设计、雕刻、光身、抛光等工作。1993年在东莞虎门创建了祥和玉雕厂，翌年迁至广州市玉器街。随着经营规模的不断扩大，2003年将玉雕厂转移到深圳市龙岗区三联水晶玉石文化村，2007年12月正式注册为“深圳市天彩祥和翡翠珠宝有限公司”（以下简称天彩祥和）。
20多年翡翠行业从业经历，夯实了他对翡翠产业无论是选料、设计、雕刻、工艺、经营、管理、资本运营等产业链条的理论基础及实际运作经验，尤其对翡翠毛料的甄别更是独具慧眼。自主设计的《世外桃源》、《生生不息》等十余件作品荣获业内设计最高奖“天工奖”。
他以人为本的人才观念，敢为人先、雷厉风行的工作作风，让“天彩祥和”在其带领下迅速成长，从最初的一个家庭式的小作坊，发展为今天的深圳“最具潜力的知名品牌”及“重点文化企业”。2009年“天彩祥和”从众多竞争对手中脱颖而出，正式成为深圳第26届世界大学生夏季运动会的特许生产商和零售商，企业的品牌知名度和美誉度与日俱增。

Born in 1968, Jiang Zengxiang is an on-the-job EMBA(Executive Master of Business Administration) in Jinan University. Jiang Zengxiang is aiso entitled as the vice-chairman of Shenzhen Baoqing Chamber of Commerce,director of Longgang Culture Association, vice chairman of Buji Chamber of Commerce as well as the president of Tiancai Xianghe Jade and Jewelry Co.,Ltd.
Since 1988, Jiang Zengxiang has served for several famous jade and jewelry enterprises in Yunnan,Shanghai,and Guangdong provinces, devoting hinself to jade cutting, carving , polishing and design etc. In the year 1993, Jiang Zengxiang founded Xianghe Jade Carving Company in Humen, Dongguan which was moved to the Jadeware Street in Guangdong in the next year. With its rapid development, the jade-carving factory was transferred to Sanlian Crystal& Jade Culture Village in 2003,and in December 2007,it was formally registered as “Shenzhen Tiancai Xianghe Jade and Jewelry Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Tiancai Xianghe).
The 20-year working experience in the emerald industry makes Jiang Zengxiang a master on material selectin,design,carving,craft,business operation,management, capital management and other operational chains, especially the screening of untrimmed quarry stones. More than ten pieces of his works win the“Tiangong Award”which is the top honor in the jade industry, including“land of idyllic beauty”and “life and growth in nature”etc.
His people-oriented idea along with his pioneering spirit and vigor has updated “Tiancai Xianghe”from a small individual workshop to the“most famous and potential brand”as well as“key cultural enterprise”in ShenZhen .In 2009,“Tiancai Xianghe”won the competition in the program of 26thSummer Universiad and became a licensed retailer and manufacturer,which gradually improves its brand awareness and reputation.

Shenzhen Tiancai Xianghe Jade and Jewelry Co.,Ltd is a specialized jade and jewelry enterprise which is engaged in jade sourcing, design, carving, gem gift production and sales.
